Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations or Changes Allowed Within 24 Hours of the Appointment.

All cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the full service fee as a cancellation fee for the reserved appointment time; by selecting “I agree” and completing this booking, you expressly authorize this charge and agree to these terms; failure to provide access to the service location, providing incorrect or incomplete address details, or any condition that prevents safe or reasonable performance of the service upon arrival will be treated as a missed appointment and charged 100% of the full service fee; late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time with no reduction in cost; exceptions may be made at the therapist’s sole discretion; this policy applies to all payment methods; if the therapist must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions, a full refund or reschedule will be provided.
